How does delivery work?

We ship orders via common couriers: UPS, Purolator, Canpar, GLS etc. We reserve the right to select the courier of our choice for each order. Orders are normally delivered directly to your address. A single order may come in multiple boxes.

Select large orders may ship via freight to the nearest freight terminal for your pick up. We use terminals in all major cities in all provinces.

Do you offer free shipping in all of Canada?

Orders over $299 before tax ship for free in the vast majority of Canada but some select locations are just too remote for our carriers. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping to any location that is remote in our definition. Examples include islands, northern locations, and certain rural areas. Rest assured that we do want to close each sale and try to find the best shipping solution for each order. If we cannot deliver to your area for free we will contact you with alternatives or offer a refund.

How long does delivery take?

We sell only from our own stock and orders typically leave our warehouse within 3 business days. Shipping time can take from 1 to 7 days to most locations.

Are your shipments insured?

Yes, all our shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless you can drop it off at our warehouse in Toronto. Chimney products are expensive to ship and the products are prone to damage if not professionally packaged.

Of course, if the item arrives damaged, we will replace it or issue a refund.

Can you store my order and ship it when i'm ready?

Yes, we frequently store orders at our Toronto warehouse before shipping them out upon customer's request. There is no extra charge for this.
